The world is growing too fast and people are getting more competitive to pursue their dreams. People are creating and innovating things that we probably don't even expect to be possible. Growing a start-up would be like trying to bring up a new life in this world. Eventually you'll reach your target and surpass all the expectations but how do you know that you're on the right track? How do you make your company sustainable?

1. Team Communication

Whether in a relationship or work, communication is crucial in our life. It enables us to express our opinions, emotions and feelings. Unnecessary misunderstanding could be avoided if communication takes place. As the employers, you are the one who could create an environment where there is freedom of communication and understanding. It leads to solid organization and greater success.

2. Right call at the right time

Communication is a key of progress, but when it comes to finance, it should be a complete different part of it. It is a very important decision to make as it would affect the company for the next 3-4 years, and having more people influencing the decision would not be a good idea. Keep things simple between you and your trustworthy accountant, instead of involving the whole team. You could avoid conflicts between different parties, and get to see a clearer picture of the situation with less stress.

3. Tracking method for logistics

In the beginning, your resources might still be scarce. Keeping track of your resources might be a challenge but with the use of modern application, you could reduce the human error. Use the technology available to help you track them. You would be able to organize all your logistics and avoid uncessary losses. There would be less burden for your team and your team would be able to be more efficient.
