Similar to scheduling, a great HR candidate should also be able to manage your company’s projects.

 

9. Workers compensation

HR handles any incidents of work-related illnesses or injuries. Every company should have a plan of action and compensation for employees who are injured on the job that follows the state and federal laws. HR representatives need to understand the laws regarding workers’ compensation and how to help the employee and the company go through the compensation process.
